Employment Options

The mission of Employment Options is to provide client-directed employment training services for people who have developmental disabilities. The goal is to enable the individual to obtain and retain employment that is meaningful to them. We provide supported and individual work placements in the community, as well as provide education and support to employers. Cranbrook Society for Community Living sponsors several employment opportunities… like Blade Runner Shredding, Downtown Beautification Project, Janitorial, etc., where individuals are supported and paid competitive wages.
